As Chief Platform Officer (CPO), you join the Executive Committee (CODIR) and play a key role in transforming IPEM’s business model.
You are responsible for designing, building, and deploying the IPEM platform – the central system that orchestrates operations, structures data, supports business teams, and enables the development of new revenue streams.

Your mission: turn data and product into tangible levers of operational performance and business value, both internally and for clients.
You work closely with the CEO, COO, Sales & Marketing leadership, and co-lead technical execution with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform & Data Ownership

● Define and drive the vision for the platform as IPEM’s central operating system.
● Structure, prioritize, and ensure the quality of key data (events, CRM, marketing, community).
● Set governance rules and decide what data is critical versus optional.

2. Operations & Workflow Orchestration

● Ensure smooth operations and seamless data flow across teams and tools, making the business scalable and events flawlessly executed.

3. Product & Delivery with Impact

● Lead the product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
● Deliver tools and features quickly, focusing on utility and measurable results.
● Prioritize operational impact and adoption over technical perfection.

4. New Data-Driven Business Development

● Identify and structure opportunities to monetize data and the platform.
● Build scalable products and services for clients and partners.
● Contribute to the strategic evolution of IPEM’s business model.

5. Leadership & Management

● Lead and develop product, tech, and data teams.
● Serve as a strategic partner in the CODIR: challenge, arbitrate, and align stakeholders.


Profil recherché

Hard Skills:

● Engineering or technical background
● 10–15+ years in product, platform, data, or technology leadership, in B2B, SaaS, data, or service environments
● Experience building and scaling platforms as central operating systems
● Strong product mindset: vision, roadmap, prioritization, delivery
● Deep understanding of data: collection, enrichment, quality, API/tool integrations
● Solid technical fluency (backend, data, APIs) (CRM - HubSpot)
● Experience managing internal and external tech teams
● Fluent in English

Soft Skills:

● Strong business orientation and understanding of complex value chains
● Highly execution-focused: deliver quickly, measure impact, adjust
● Natural leader, able to mobilize multidisciplinary and international teams
● Comfortable at the executive level: decision-making, arbitration, influence
