As an Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing crucial support to the GM Southern Europe, Paris Exco, and the SEU Sales Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities
Office Administration:
Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring security guidelines are followed.
Identify and suggest solutions for office management improvements.
Assist in organizing internal and external events in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Personal Assistant:
Be the right hand to the GM Southern Europe.
Organize agendas, conference calls, and events.
Manage expenses and travel arrangements.
Coordinate contract signatures and ensure proper document filing.
Support the Sales Leadership Team in bimonthly calls, annual conferences, and various projects.
Provide assistance to Marketing, including translation of materials and event support.
Coordinate projects such as Board Meetings and change of bank signatories.
Act as a Paris site support for internal communications and events.
Cover as a replacement when the CEO’s PA is on leave.
Strong organizational and office administration skills.
Excellent proficiency in computer skills.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong service-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both French and English.
