Responsibilities:

As our first Product Manager, you will be in close partnership with the Head of Engineering and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), and will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy.

Your key duties will include:

  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and collaborate with engineering, deployment, and sales teams to understand evolving requirements, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for your product, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.

  • Scope and define product features based on customer needs; steer and manage the user experience for our products.

  • Follow-up product during its development to make design decisions and drive delivery of products according to requirements and schedule.

  • Support sales activities by driving the production of use cases, product specifications, brochures, and other product collaterals.

  • Proven product management track record.

  • Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical thinking and highly structured problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in English.
