Responsibilities:
As our first Product Manager, you will be in close partnership with the Head of Engineering and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), and will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy.
Your key duties will include:
Engage with clients to gather feedback and collaborate with engineering, deployment, and sales teams to understand evolving requirements, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
Develop and own the product roadmap for your product, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
Scope and define product features based on customer needs; steer and manage the user experience for our products.
Follow-up product during its development to make design decisions and drive delivery of products according to requirements and schedule.
Support sales activities by driving the production of use cases, product specifications, brochures, and other product collaterals.
