Your Role 

As a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern, you will join the Analytics & Performance team and work closely with the Growth Marketing team to help drive HelloFresh’s growth in France.

You will act as a data partner to business stakeholders, turning complex data into actionable insights that influence key strategic decisions, marketing investment decisions, and customer lifecycle optimization.

Your work will directly impact critical growth levers such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, and website optimization.

This role combines business analysis, experimentation, and data modeling, giving you end-to-end exposure to how data drives decisions in a growing company.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to apply rigorous analytics to real business problems and see their insights translated into concrete growth decisions.

Your Impact 

You will work with modern analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets, as well as internal data pipelines to analyze large-scale datasets and support data-driven decision-making across the Growth team.

Drive business-impacting analyses

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on key growth topics such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, discount optimization, and marketing channel performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, marketing efficiency, and customer lifetime value
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

Partner with stakeholders

  • Work closely with Growth Marketing managers and team leads to support strategic decisions
  • Present insights and recommendations that influence budget allocation and growth strategy

Support experimentation and A/B testing

  • Contribute to the design, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Measure the impact of new initiatives and help scale successful strategies

Build data products and dashboards

  • Define and track key business KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards that enable the marketing team to make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop data models, reporting pipelines, and analysis frameworks that help teams scale their decision-making

About You

We’re looking for someone curious, analytical, and eager to tackle complex business problems using data. You are comfortable navigating large datasets, structuring ambiguous questions, and translating analyses into insights that drive business decisions.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus)
  • Ability to translate data into clear and actionable business insights
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Gap-year or final-year student from a top engineering or business school
  • Previous experience in data, consulting, strategy, or analytics
  • Fluent in French and English
