Introduction

You will work on various missions alongside the CEO and cross-roads of HR, Finance and Business Teams. 

Some examples of missions you’ll have : 

  • Strategy : Help Romain (CEO)  to prepare monthly reportings for investors and board of directors

  • Recruitment : From screening CV, phone screen interview to the offer and convention establishment 

  • Legal

    • Create and update a scalable tooling for templates of contracts we use on Notion.

    • Support the CIR process: you will be in charge of the whole CIR application, with our Head of Data, Tech teams, HR and the CEO 

  • Learning and Development : Organize our Happy Groover Hours, our monthly presentation with the team 

  • Payroll : Follow up of expenses claims and data needed to prepare payroll

  • Office Management : Control the stock and manage the equipment orders for the office

  • HR Communication : Manage with the communication team a good content on our Linkedin Page


Profil recherché

  • With a background in business, finance, HR school your are looking for a 6 months Internship or an Apprenticeship.

  • Empathy:  you always put yourself in the shoes of your employees to best meet their needs;

  • You are attentive to the details. Your rigor and compliance with processes are the key to the success

  • You are organized, as you’ll work cross all departments with many stakeholders

  • You are discret, many informations you will manipulate are confidential

  • You are comfortable with spreadsheets, and tools like Notion, Google suite

  • You are English comfortable and French fluent. The team is international !
