As Gladia is growing and our product is becoming increasingly mature, we are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help us develop and improve our product.

What the job involves:

• Working closely with the CTO, you will use all your expertise to explore production-related issues and resolve technical problems to guarantee the best level of performance.

• You will also work on innovation topics to develop and integrate new elements into the product.

• Take charge of monitoring and managing incidents in production.

• You will collaborate with a team of 7 developers (15 by the end of 2024) to carry out your missions.

• With at least +8 years of experience on a product experiencing rapid growth, your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scale

• You have a solid experience with the following:

  Back-end: TypeScript & Python

  Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Traefik, Redis, PSQL

  Monitoring & Observability: Loki, Thanos, Grafana, Prometheus

  CI / CD: Github Actions, Docker
