Must-have

• Proven experience in premium retail, fashion, luxury hospitality or another high-end client-facing environment.

• Strong selling skills and a track record of delivering excellent client experiences.

• Confidence in building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in luxury fashion, technical apparel or premium skiwear.

• Familiarity with clienteling, CRM and retail KPIs.

• Additional languages to connect with our international clientele.
