Job Description

The Data Analyst will support the Travel Digital Services team in monitoring and improving the performance of two key digital assets within the Travel business line: the Global eCommerce Platform and the Customer Service Portal (Lighthouse).

Responsibilities:

• Defining and monitoring KPIs and dashboards to track platform performance and usage.

• Analyzing data to identify performance trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

• Working closely with asset owners to translate insights into priorities for product improvements.

• Producing analytical summaries and slides to support performance reviews and steering committees.

Preferred Experience

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Business, Management, Marketing, etc.) or an engineering degree.

• Student at a top engineering school (e.g., Centrale, Supélec, Polytechnique) or a leading European university (e.g., Bocconi, LSE, St. Gallen, Sciences Po Paris). Interest in Digital & E-Commerce.

• Available for a 6-month internship starting in June or September.

Required skills /Soft Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and business sense, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build dashboards and track key metrics.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across teams, countries, and time zones.

• Autonomous and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to clearly present insights.
