The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Bloomeo and accelerate the development of our SaaS platform.

You will work directly with Marine, CEO, and collaborate closely with our engineering, agronomy, data science, and commercial teams.

You will join a product team of three Product Managers, and you will be playing a key role in structuring product thinking and helping the team scale its product practices.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, scientific data, and sustainable agriculture.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the long-term product vision of Bloomeo

• Propose product strategy based on measurable potential impacts

• Translate company strategy into clear product priorities

• Identify new opportunities to create value for users across agronomic R&D workflows

• Structure product roadmaps aligned with company objectives

Lead product discovery

• Understand deeply the needs of our users: plant breeders, agronomists, research teams, and innovation managers

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and product research

• Analyze data and market trends to identify product opportunities

• Validate product hypotheses through rapid experimentation

Drive product delivery

• Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-impact features

• Manage prioritization and roadmap execution

• Ensure product quality and strong user experience

• Support iterative product development and MVP delivery

Measure and improve product impact

• Define and monitor product KPIs

• Track feature adoption and business impact

• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and product metrics

Strengthen product culture

As a senior product manager on the team, you will:

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management

• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products

• Experience with B2B SaaS or complex software platforms
