Descriptif du poste

Delicorner is transforming the workplace into a place of well-being and conviviality. We provide companies with committed, healthy, and delicious food solutions. As we rapidly expand across EMEA, we are looking for a “builder” to join our Supply & Offer team.

As our Purchasing & Supply Specialist, you are the engine room of our growth. Reporting to Alexis (Head of Ops EMEA), you own the entire lifecycle of our products: from negotiating the best buying price to ensuring every item is ordered and delivered to our hubs on time.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with suppliers, analyzing data, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced and international environment. We want an entrepreneur of their own scope who is happy to handle daily orders while building the tools to make those orders smarter and cheaper.

  • International Scope: Real responsibility over our key European markets.

  • Impact: A B-Corp company where your work directly affects our carbon footprint and product quality.

  • Autonomy: High level of trust and freedom to develop your role.

  • Flexibility: Flexible remote work policy.

Your main responsibilities

1. Supply & Order Management (The “Run” Side)

  • Daily Ordering: You are responsible for placing orders for our EMEA markets. Zero stock-outs and optimized inventory levels (no over-stocks!).

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) hubs to ensure perfect availability.

  • Logistics Coordination: Sync with our logistics partners to ensure they receive what you ordered, when they need it.

  • Data Management: Keep our product and supplier database (Airtable/Google Sheets) 100% accurate (prices, SKUs, logistics costs).

2. Strategic Purchasing & Negotiation (The “Buyer” Side)

  • Sourcing & Costs: Identify and onboard new suppliers in line with our quality and sustainability criteria. You will work closely with our Category Manager: while she defines the product selection, you are responsible for finding the best suppliers and making it happen.

  • Negotiation: Lead price negotiations to optimize our purchasing costs and secure volume discounts.

  • Supplier Performance: Be the main point of contact. You monitor their KPIs (lead times, quality, invoicing) and fix issues daily.

  • Margin Control: You are the guardian of our margins. You analyze costs and proactively suggest price adjustments to our Category Manager to stay profitable.

3. Process Building (The “Entrepreneur” Side)

  • Problem Solving: You manage logistics incidents across our international hubs. Whether it’s a customs issue or a damaged palette, you find the solution to keep the business running.

  • Scalability: You don’t just follow a process; you build it. You will participate in creating the dashboards and automation needed to manage several countries efficiently.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations (start-up/scale-up experience is a big plus).

  • Analytical Mindset: You love numbers. You are a Google Sheets wizard and comfortable with (or eager to learn) Airtable.

  • Smart & Proactive: You have an “owner” mentality. You see a problem, you find a solution, and you build the tool to fix it for good. You see a manual task and you want to automate it.

  • Languages: Native or fluent French and fluent English (mandatory for the EMEA team and partners).

  • Resilience: You enjoy the “run” (placing orders) as much as the “strategy” (negotiating and building).

Even if you don’t tick all the boxes but feel this role is right for you, we love unconventional profiles too, so go ahead and give it a try!
