About the Role

As a Business Developer at Coachello, you’ll be on the front line of our growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and the Sales Team with one mission above all: open doors and generate high-quality opportunities.

This role is entirely focused on prospection and pipeline generation during at least the first six months. Based on performance, you will have the opportunity to evolve into an Account Executive role.

If you love creating momentum, sparking conversations, and driving the very beginning of the sales cycle, this role will fit you perfectly.


What You’ll Own

Prospecting and Outreach

  • Identify and map key decision-makers across HR, L&D, Talent, and Leadership roles.

  • Launch multi-channel outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.

  • Research companies to tailor messages that resonate with their specific challenges.

  • Turn cold leads into warm conversations through creative, persistent, and thoughtful outreach.

  • Test bold, unconventional approaches to stand out and generate engagement.

Lead Generation and Handoff

  • Identify opportunities and hand them off to Account Executives once interest is confirmed.

  • No discovery calls or qualification responsibilities during the first six months.

  • Depending on performance, gradually take over early discovery and AE responsibilities.

Pipeline and CRM Excellence

  • Keep HubSpot up to date and maintain clean, organized pipelines.

  • Track your KPIs and share insights from the field to improve targeting and messaging.

Collaborate and Grow

  • Work with Marketing to test messaging and run lead-generation experiments.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Founding teams on our go-to-market strategy.

  • Stay up to date with trends in HRTech, coaching, L&D, AI, and the future of work.


What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who loves being on the phone and thrives in a high-energy outreach environment. (we use Aircall)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A creative, experimental mindset that enjoys testing new approaches.

  • Comfort with AI tools, growth solutions, automation, and modern workflows.

  • A proactive, ambitious profile committed to learning fast and delivering results.

  • A strong hunter mindset, with resilience and drive.


Profil recherché

Who You Are

  • You are a native French speaker. Strong business English is a plus or can be a second language.

  • You have at least one year of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, or a startup environment.

  • You have a true hunter mindset. You’re proactive, structured, and energized by outreach and the thrill of the chase.

  • You communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and speaking. You know how to create interest fast and build trust quickly.

  • You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, and email sequencing platforms. If you use n8n, trigify and similar solutions its a big plus!

  • You’re coachable, curious, motivated to grow fast, and eager to learn every day.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, work autonomously, and enjoy taking ownership.

  • You’re at ease with AI tools, growth solutions, and modern workflows.
