We’re looking for a HR Generalist Assistant who will partner with our HR Coordinator and the People team in our Paris office. As a member of our amazing People team, your role will be to contribute to different HR projects, mainly on HR Development topics, from hiring to onboarding, training, employer branding, and employee experience – with a smart use of people data and analytics.  By the end of your internship, you will have experienced a rich journey within a dynamic and international brand, part of a leading and growing international group. You will have developed a clear understanding of the HR role in a fast-paced and scaling-up environment.


Talent Acquisition
Assist in the launch of the next Interns & Apprentices recruitment campaign for January 2025, on all aspects: from drafting the job descriptions, to conducting interviews and to ensuring administrative compliance, in direct contact with the hiring managers.
Support our Talent Acquisition Specialist in her tasks to find the next Byredo talents.

Employer branding operations
Coordinate the collection of written and visual elements for our online employer branding platforms to strengthen the company employer branding digital presence (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle…).
Perform talent market analysis to share collected insights with the team and constantly improve our attractiveness as an employer.
Support in the implementation of our Campus Management activities.

Learning & Development
Monitor the implementation of the 2024 Training plan aligned with employees’ training needs and business priorities.
Identify the most relevant training providers and courses, coordinate the organization of training sessions.

People Analytics & Reporting
Support in updating and monitoring our employee global database to ensure information and data accuracy for upcoming projects and analyses, and to share data with PUIG group.
Perform analyses and reporting on key HR topics in order to make recommendations for future actions.

HR Administration
Participate in legal matters (VISA request, drafting of clauses, etc.), and more if you are interested in developing your HR Admin skills!

Corporate Communications and Events
Recommend actions to develop the animation of our cohort of interns (on business topics, cultural and/or creative activities for team-building…).
Participate in the creation of internal communications notes and materials on various HR topics.
Assist in the organization of some internal events led by the People team.

Profil recherché


You are passionate about Human Resources, convinced of their central role within the organization and for the business.
You are curious and versatile: you like to switch from one subject to another and do it easily.
You are passionate about People and curious about workplace culture and the employee experience.
You are comfortable with project management.
You are proactive, and you are comfortable proposing alternative and innovative ways of doing.


You are a Bachelor or Master student in a Business School or University, looking for an internship starting in July 2024, for 6 months.
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university you will graduate from.
You are fluent in both French and English (this is a crucial criteria!).
You ideally have a first internship experience in HR/Project Management/Marketing and/or Retail.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (with solid bases in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
