What You'll Do

As a Project Leader within BCG’s Transform practice, you will work alongside leading industry experts to advise clients on performance improvement, turnaround, and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will collaborate directly with senior decision-makers, playing a key role in shaping and delivering impactful change.

Across diverse sectors, you will support organizations through critical moments of transformation. Most of your time will be spent embedded within dedicated BCG Transform team, working intensively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and building strong, long-term client relationships and working on engagements like stress/distress situation and good to great large scale transformation projects

You will also dedicate time to further develop and deepen BCG’s expertise in restructuring and  turnaround, as well as supporting BCG Partners in business development initiatives. On a day to day basis this will translate in:

• Contribute to BCG Transform’s growth in operational and financial restructuring through active case work, client relations, and creating valuable IP and products
• Offer expertise in turnaround projects across various industries, emphasizing operational restructuring and immediate performance boosts
• Analyze financials to assess situations and formulate quick action plans
• Identify key immediate improvements and advocate for their adoption with company leaders
• Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge both internally and on client sites
• Lead intellectually by inspiring project teams with innovative ideas and frameworks for research and analysis
• Engage in business growth activities through client interactions and participation in industry events

What You'll Bring

• Over 7 years of work experience gained in a lateral environment with a focus on turnaround and restructuring topics
• A track record of leading corporate and financial restructuring projects
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skill
