Job description

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Storytelling team in Lyon, France.

From insights to design, the storytelling team delivers creative social-first work for our clients. We help them adapt to continual changes in media and culture.
You will work across the business to help our client achieve their objectives.
Your job starts from strategy to creative thinking, ability to multitask; great organization and project management skills.
Your mission is to manage and develop major global accounts.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Client relationships: listen and understand their challenge, drive their objectives, build the relationship, present and attend client meetings.
  • Client reviews: Monitor/understand your clients’ markets; Manage OKR, roadmap and annual review
  • Team up to develop creative ideas and content for client campaign; to deliver effective performance from all levels
  • Create project briefs; present and sell strategy and ideas to the client.
  • Manage project plans and project specification documents, but also resources.
  • Finance: ensure bills and invoices are completed and paid on time.
  • Ensure the quality until the final deliverable on projects that you manage
  • Control: reports, analysis and insights

Preferred experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English (mother tongue/bilingual)
  • Strong knowledge of social media, social-first and digital have a major impact on brands businesses.
  • Ability to manage an international client base, with multi interlocutors.
  • Great organizational skills. Problem solver.
  • Also soft skills such as tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity.
  • Analytical and creative thinker.
  • Meets deadlines consistently;
  • Understand large amounts of information and can summarize them in a memo;
  • Strong written and verbal communication
