• Plans and directs all aspects of development activities within their teams ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives
• Works closely with R&D Leadership, Product Management and the Security Services(S2) to ensure their teams are building what our customers and users need in a timely fashion
• Senior Managers have a large scope of leadership and can have multiple managers and/or leads reporting to them
• Senior Managers can also have specialized subject matter expertise within the technical areas their teams work in
• Generates and manages day to day work for team(s)
• Works with Product Team to define and deliver on the 6-month roadmap
• Is also a key contributor to longer term planning and strategy with their director
• Execution of process and accountable for the outcome of the R&D team
• Manage team(s) that will deliver high quality, innovative software solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs and prod support people

• You are a technically curious, engineering-minded problem solver who enjoys working on ambiguous and challenging issues

• 8 years’ experience in software development or related role or Master’s degree + 5 years’ experience in software development management, engineering leadership, or related role

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
