To support our growth in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced business and sales engineer.

You will join a dynamic, customer-focused and results-oriented team to develop our activities related to digital transformation and technology consulting


You will develop the loyalty of your B to B customer portfolio through various tasks:

  • Identify business opportunities and action levers to develop commercial relations and the customer portfolio (Qualification, order taking, etc...)
  • Develop the commercial activity and qualify new opportunities with your customers
  • Provide your advice and expertise, ensure their satisfaction
  • Audit, analyze the needs and challenges of the customer
  • Follow the good progress of the deployment projects
  • Follow up on disputes
  • Respond to contractual obligations (Fixed price project, Workpackage)
  • Participate in the recruitment process
  • Follow the consultants on a daily basis

Profil recherché


For this position, we are looking for a technical and commercial profile with a good knowledge of the IT sector.

Autonomous and appreciating teamwork, you have a good experience on a commercial and managerial activity in the technology consulting and digital transformation sector.

You have a particularly developed entrepreneurial spirit.

You stand out for your strong autonomy and your ability to be a force of proposal to detect needs and propose solutions adapted to their expectations.

You have demonstrated very good time management and control of your organization, while showing strong proactivity and initiative in all circumstances.

  • Engineering or business background
  • 5 years experience as a Business Manager in IT solution sales
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
