The Team
A&M’s Turnaround & Restructuring team in Paris is a core part of the firm’s European restructuring platform. The team advises corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders across a wide range of stressed and distressed situations, from early-stage performance challenges to complex restructuring and turnaround mandates.
Professionals in the Paris team work on high-impact, time-critical engagements, often with senior-level stakeholders, and benefit from close collaboration with colleagues across Europe and globally. The team offers significant exposure to complex situations, strong professional development opportunities, and the ability to make a tangible difference for clients when it matters most.
How You Will Contribute
As a Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice, you will play a leadership role in delivering operational restructuring engagements and supporting the continued growth of the practice in France and across Europe. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and A&M leadership to drive execution, improve operational performance, and create sustainable value.
