Position Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven, people-first International Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives across key European markets.
You will:
Oversee a high-performing team managing the full sales cycle (new business + expansion) across European markets.
Take direct ownership of a share of the revenue target.
Help shape and scale our international go-to-market approach.
This is a Paris or Barcelona-based role, managing individual contributors, and reporting directly to Sara Godest, VP Sales.
This is a full-stack sales leadership role, covering both new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell within our international customer base. You’ll primarily focus on the Mid-market segment, while also supporting the upper range of SMBs with sales-assisted motions.
You will:
Lead, coach, and grow the team
Develop, mentor, and empower a team of International Account Executives covering European markets. You’ll foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive performance and execution
Define and manage clear performance targets and KPIs across regions. Run regular performance reviews, ensure quota achievement, and remove blockers so the team can execute at its best.
Own pipeline and forecast accuracy
Take responsibility for pipeline health and forecast reliability, leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools to bring transparency, focus, and predictability to the business.
Support and close strategic deals
Step in on high-value or complex opportunities, working alongside your AEs to navigate multi-stakeholder deals and secure long-term, trusted relationships with our customers.
Shape our international go-to-market strategy
Design and refine GTM strategies tailored to each region’s market dynamics and buyer expectations, in close partnership with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
Collaborate across the revenue engine
Work hand in hand with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, strong feedback loops, and a frictionless customer experience from first touch to renewal and expansion.
Build the future team
Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard top-tier Account Executives, ensuring we attract people who share our values of trust, integrity, and customer-centricity.
You bring a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales and a genuine passion for developing people and building trustworthy, long-term customer relationships.
You are someone who:
Has 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 4 years in a sales leadership role managing teams (required).
Is a hands-on coach and leader who knows how to inspire, guide, and hold teams accountable, while creating an environment where people can thrive.
Has sold across multiple European markets, ideally including at least two of: DACH, UK, Italy, Spain.
Is fluent in English and at least one of the following: Italian, German, French or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Is highly organized and analytical, with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
Communicates clearly and adopts a consultative, value-based sales approach.
Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where ownership, adaptability, and pragmatism are essential.
Has a data-driven mindset and is comfortable working with Salesforce and sales analytics tools to inform decisions and continuously improve.
