As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for selling our eSignature product and remote identification services to B2B customers - working on the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Your Team
You will join our collaborative and successful team of Account Executives at Yousign. Your role will focus on employing supportive and nurturing sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance the customers' utilization of Yousign. You will act as a committed advisor and business consultant, guiding customers through the full sales process with care and inclusivity.
You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline;
Create, manage and close your sales pipeline consisting of inbound, outbound and partner leads;
Partner with BDR's, building a fruitful relationship to achieve your goals;
Conduct demos and build a deep understanding of our products. You will partner with our pre-sales engineer;
Actively listen to your prospects, understand and reformulate their challenges and pain points;
Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to optimize our customer experience and improve the marketing pitch as well as the product;
Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in our CRM (Salesforce) with the aim of ensuring high data quality.
You are above all a "dealmaker", you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor, and know how to negotiate with a win-win mindset.
You are a proven closer, passionate about helping companies transform their workflows through technology;
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or Tech scale-up;
You’ve sold to SMB's and mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature;
You are strategic, data-driven, and skilled in opportunity prioritization and pipeline management;
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and are comfortable adapting your approach based on different business contexts;
Your communication skills in French (native level) and English (professional level) are outstanding – both written and verbal - another language is a plus;
You are resilient, proactive, and have a genuine curiosity about your customers' businesses and success.
