If you are asking “What kind of company is it”?
We are a digital travel agency, specializing in very local and thematic “short breaks” full of dynamic people.

We have partners around Europe: France, Benelux, Italy, and Spain.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the link between the Sales Department and the Marketing Department!


  1. Being the owner of the Marketing plan for the Benelux market:
  • Adapting the global marketing plan to the Benelux market (specific promotional operation, destinations push) brainstorm, local inputs, and a bench of competitors.
  • Running the marketing operations: briefs, sharing and follow-up with the sales team merchandising set-up, monitoring the quality of the offers sourced (competitiveness and attractiveness of the offers, availability).
  • Sharing the marketing plan in other channels such as CRM, Content, and SEA.
  • Reporting and monitoring the performance of marketing operations.
  1. Being the responsible for the Benelux market partnership:
  • With affiliate & local media: prospecting local partners, negotiating the budget, setting up of the partnerships to be able to reach the traffic and conversion we want to achieve through that channel.
  • With Brands: you will be in charge of prospecting, negotiating, and set up the partnership with Belgium brands with the objective of growing the Weekendesk brand awareness in Belgium.
  • With the Tourism office: you will be in charge of prospecting, making proposals and running campaigns with our actual and potential tourism office clients in Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany.
  • With TV & radios: prospecting to set up contests or win-win partnerships.

Preferred experience

Qualification and Requirements📜

  • University education or business school (bac+4/5).
  • Previous experience or a long internship in an agency.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Initiative and reactivity are key.
  • You are at ease speaking.
  • Rigorous and creative, endowed with an analytical mind, you appreciate teamwork.
  • Mastery of office automation tools (Pack Office) is essential.
  • Already worked on Google Analytics.
    ImportantLanguages: French & Dutch native level + Professional English.
