Design and run the tools and projects that enable our sales and operations teams to work faster, more simply, and at scale.
In a context where the right technical choices can massively amplify the impact of the entire company, you will build a high-performing, reliable, and scalable infrastructure—while laying the foundations for a future “Productivity” team.
You will directly lead the following initiatives:
CRM & sales processes: structure the CRM with the Sales teams and document best practices and usage
ERP: scope, select, and deploy an ERP for installation, maintenance, and logistics teams
Billing: redesign the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
AI enablement: launch an internal program to equip field and support teams with AI tools
Analytics: build a solid foundation of reliable, actionable business dashboards
Graduate from a top business or engineering school
First experience in consulting, a startup, or a Business Operations environment
Excellent command of digital tools and strong interest in technology
Ability to structure projects, manage multiple workstreams in parallel, and drive them through to completion
Skills in SQL/BI, automation, or no-code tools
Experience deploying or structuring an ERP or CRM
Experience in supply chain / operations
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple internal teams
You are autonomous, structured, and pragmatic, with a real passion for tools
You enjoy leading concrete projects that directly support field teams
You are looking for a demanding, fast-growing environment with plenty still to build
