Who are they?
Team Vitality is a French esport club created in 2013 by Fabien “Neo” Devide and Nicolas Maurer.
In ten years, the club has become a leader in France and Europe, and evolves internationally on 6 emblematic games: League of Legends, CS: GO, Valorant, FIFA, Rocket League, Call of Duty Mobile.
Composed of international players with exceptional performances, the club is fully dedicated to the identification and development of a whole generation of esport athletes. In total, the Team Vitality community has more than 12 million fans across all social networks, which it also unites on its V.Hive mobile application.
Team Vitality is proud to have global partners in their industry, such as Tezos and hummel. The tricolour club has teams around the world: Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), and Mumbai (India).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing multiple digital channels, including our CRM, Eshop, mobile app, and website. Additionally, you will oversee the monetization of our social media platforms and manage paid campaigns in collaboration with our media agency. Your efforts will play a crucial role in supporting our global leadership ambitions in the esports industry.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Digital Channel Optimization
Lead the optimization of Team Vitality’s digital channels, including the CRM, Eshop, mobile app, and website
Analyze traffic, identify improvements, define and implement action plan to drive engagement, retention and conversions
Social Media Monetization
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the monetization potential of our social media platforms (this includes exploring monetization programs with X and YouTube, collaborating with our Partnership department to target brands, packaging our content, and reporting revenues)
Paid Campaign Management
Collaborate with our media agency to plan, execute, and optimize social paid marketing campaigns across 3 workstreams: audience development, merchandising and app installs
Ensure campaigns align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable results
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our digital channels and paid campaigns
Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes
3+ years of digital marketing experience
Previous experience with mobile app and CRM
Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to details
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
