Director of Sales Excellence:

The Director of Sales Excellence and Strategy will drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, processes, tools, and methodologies. You will be responsible for setting up the sales excellence function and launching new sales motions and new initiatives across our European market.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive a high-performance sales culture across the sales organisation
• Develop sales growth strategies whilst working in tandem with the marketing and CRM team
• Analyse market trends, conduct competitor and price benchmarking
• Support performance and commission management
• Track targets, build forecasts and work on hiring quotas
• Collaborate with the RevOps team to ensure Sales CRM and tools are designed effectively and working smoothly
• Collaborate with the Global Data team to ensure the right dashboarding and availability of quality data to make business decisions

You’ll be great for this role if

• You have solid experience in a similar role and experience in sales management, sales enablement and sales effectiveness
• You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement and effective strategies and programs
• You have management skills to motivate and inspire the sales teams
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and cross-functional teams
• You have strong analytical and data skills to analyse sales data and enablement metrics to make data-driven decisions (Excel and modeling skills to build forecasts or commission plans would be considered a plus)
• You have prior experience with sales enablement tools and CRMs (experience with Salesforce would be considered a plus)
