    Job description

    What you’ll do :

    • Build a predictable sales model able to reach company’s targets.
    • Oversee strategy and execution of the entire sales funnel (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Account Managers).
    • Help with sourcing, interviewing and selecting further team members.
    • Train & coach team members on each step of the sales cycle.
    • Manage and motivate sales staff, including creating a positive and results oriented sales culture.
    • Participate in sales meetings with strategic prospects and accounts.
    • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to set the Go To Market strategy.
    • Own the sales number for your teams.

    Preferred experience

    What you’ll need :

    • A substantial and successful track record in an IT field sales leadership role for a vendor of SaaS, CRM or related complex software solutions.
    • Strong ability to hire, coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and hitting targets.
    • Deep understanding of the entire sales funnel and cycles.
    • A creative and results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to prioritise shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in English and French.
