Julia, originally from Latvia, has lived in France for 20 years. After starting her career at BNP Paribas and BCG, she led strategic and innovation initiatives at a top French insurer. Since 2021, she has been COO of Dedale Intelligence, overseeing research, scaling, finance, HR, and operations globally. Julia is trilingual (English, French, Russian) and a 2010 HEC Paris graduate.

Tra is an experienced HR professional originally from Vietnam, with a career spanning Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam before moving to France in 2021. She has led initiatives in leadership development, talent management, and diversity across companies like Banyan Tree, Ecolab, and Shopee. Now based in Paris, she has been heading Recruitment and HR at Dedale since 2022, supporting the company’s growth locally and internationally.

Cédric began his career in business development at CANAL+ and Pernod Ricard before specializing in tech and software sales, including over four years at Meltwater. A graduate of Emlyon, with international experience in Shanghai and Sydney, he now leads Sales and GTM execution at Dedale, and co-leads investor relations across Europe and the U.S.

Maxime, half British and half Dutch, is a Senior Associate at Dedale. He holds a double degree, Master's in Management and Master's of Sciences in Corporate Finance from EDHEC. Prior to joining Dedale Maxime worked in financial auditing and investment banking at PwC and Crédit Agricole CIB in France. Since joining in June 2022, Maxime has focused most of his work on research projects around Office of the CIO (ITSM, AIOps, Observability & DevOps), IT services and healthcare technology.

Ben, as founder & CEO of Dedale, leads global growth and high-impact intelligence delivery for investors and corporates. With over 13 years of experience in strategic due diligence and innovation, including roles at BCG and Astorg Partners, he brings deep expertise in software verticals like industrial tech, supply chain, cybersecurity, and Office of the CFO functions.

Maxime entered the software and technology sector after 8 years at Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant and manager, where he specialized in strategic plans for large companies and commercial due diligence for Private-Equity companies in the Energy and Technologies space in Europe, Africa, and South-East Asia, doing research and publishing on Artificial Intelligence and DeepTech in businesses. Since 2023, Maxime joined Dedale Intelligence to lead the efforts to build and scale its products, tech, and data stack.

Siyi, originally coming from China, is a Senior Associate at Dedale Intelligence. Before joining Dedale in 2023, Siyi has built experience in venture capital and corporate strategy. At Dedale, she has focused most of her work on research into Legal Tech, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software, including the adjacent ESG and EHS markets, as well as B2B information service providers. Siyi is a Master in Management graduate from ESCP Business School and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
