🤔What you should expect:

As Growth Marketing Manager Spain, you will be the first (but definitely not the last !) marketing hire within the Spanish Expansion team. You will work directly with Luis, the country manager and with Eliott, our VP Marketing.

Your role will be to be in charge of developing Skello's marketing in Spain with the aim of generating qualified prospects for the Sales team.

Your objective: To help us conquer the Spanish market, the Growth Marketing Manager has a highly entrepreneurial role that covers a wide variety of tasks and that has a focus on lead generation in order to impact revenue growth.

👉 Your Missions

  • Lead Generation: you identify reliable sources of information, organize the scrapping, enrichment, and lead allocations to the sales teams to help them improve the efficiency of the prospecting.
  • Blog & SEO: you organize SEO efforts by performing keyword research & driving freelance copywriters/content writers in order to improve overall ranking on SERP in the market.
  • Website & Landing pages content: you own the content of Skello's local website and landing pages. You ensure the content is optimized for conversion and brings value to the audience.
  • Paid Campaigns: you work hand-in-hand with the Global Marketing Team in order to leverage Paid channels as efficiently as possible. You ensure the overall ROI of the campaigns is viable and that our overall Customer Acquisition Cost remains within the company's standards across all channels.
  • Nurturing: you setup & maintain nurturing workflows in order to drive more awareness across our Lead base and drive MQL to feed our Sales teams.
  • Brand awareness: ****You will be a brand ambassador and support goals and strategy for events and PR.
  • Sales Materials: you own Sales Materials (Sales decks, pitch) and ensure consistency with the global Product Marketing team.
  • You will be based in Paris with potential short visit to our team in Barcelona.
  • 😎 Your Profile:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experiences in Marketing, especially in Lead Generation
  • You are autonomous, like to lead a project from start to bottom
  • You have a good knowledge of sales strategy and an interst for tech/ data subject
  • You like to work in a multicultural environnement with a very good level of English
  • Bonus if you have experiences in start up, B2B and/or SaaS !
