For many years, Seven2 has implemented a process of monitoring, developing and evaluating skills, aimed at supporting the professional progression of each member of its teams.

Seven2 seeks out high-potential employees, with the aim of supporting them through to the most senior ranks. For example, several of our Partners initially joined Seven2 as Senior Associate.

The HR team consolidates training needs and requests at the end of trial periods, bi-annual evaluations, and throughout the year.

Subsequently, it formulates a training plan by aligning these needs with the company's development strategy.
