We’re looking for our next Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Positive Group Italia for a 6-month, end-of-studies internship starting in September 2025.
Your mission? Support Paolo, our Managing Director for Italy, and the sales team in developing Signitic on the Italian market!

✅ What You’ll Do :
Reporting directly to Paolo and working closely with a 5-person sales and support team, you will:
Identify new leads through prospecting and outreach (email, social selling, etc.) — a ready-to-use prospect database will be provided at the start.
Work with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
Gather key information to personalize your interactions.
Qualify leads through outbound calls.
Your goal: book 3 appointments per day with qualified prospects for the Account Executives.
Ensure accurate lead tracking and CRM management (HubSpot).
Monitor your performance (KPIs) and achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
Practical Details :
🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
🏢 Location: Positive Group Italia Srl, Corso S. Martino, 1, 10122 Torino, Italy
💶 Monthly stipend: €600–850

💪 What You’ll Need to Succeed
Prior experience in sales, customer success, or customer support roles (e.g. previous internships).
Preferred familiarity with B2B sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset and drive to deliver results.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Odoo, HubSpot).
Fluency (oral and written) in Italian and in English.
