You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from user needs to execution—and across teams—from clinical to tech. We are at a pivotal moment:
Laying the groundwork for reimbursement in the French market.
Launching first autonomous hospital deployments.
Building the first blocks for a full product integration within the Resilience Group in the coming years.
This role demands autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills. You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of IBD care, and you'll thrive here if you combine a sharp product sense with a hands-on, value-first mindset.
Build the product strategy for the Immunology business unit based on the business objectives and goals in collaboration with the head of the business unit.
Define, communicate on and execute the strategic roadmap based on set goals and OKRs.
Prioritize initiatives to maximize business value and impact.
Translate complex clinical and user needs into clear product requirements.
Team up with the Engineering Manager (EM) in charge of the dedicated tech team to estimate, build and deliver on the prioritize initiatives.
Lead collaboration with engineering, regulatory, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Work with Marketing on building messaging around the product.
Train field teams (Sales and Operations) on latests features and demo.
Monitor product performance, user engagement, and outcomes using data-driven insights and qualitative feedback.
Ensure all documentation and processes meet quality and compliance standards.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Recommended
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthtech and/or SaaS.
Proven experience working on dual-user products (patients + professionals).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to zoom in on details and zoom out to strategy.
Expertise in turning complexity (e.g., regulatory, clinical) into functional, lovable products.
Proactive and autonomous—able to lead projects, make decisions, and push forward even with ambiguity or resource constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communication—fluent in French and English (daily interactions with development, QA, and design teams are in English).
Comfortable working with technical teams and navigating regulatory/clinical constraints.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a regulated product (e.g., CE marked / MDR / ANS).
Experience working in RPM, chronic disease management, or gastroenterology.
You’ve thrived in a startup or scale-up environment before.
