Breaking News :In April 2022, Pulp joined Partoo to become Partoo Food. Always aiming to bring a simple and impactful product, we want to combine the best of the Partoo solution and Pulp, #1 in France for online ordering and payment for restaurants. The goal? To help retailers attract even more customers!
Missions :
As our VP Revenue Operations, you will be managing a team of 10+ people split between our two Business Units, Enterprise & SMBs. Your mission would be to drive this team on the following topics:
- Business Planning: drive a culture of business planning & performance to improve the accuracy of our forecast and build action plans to drive this number.
- Business Performance Reporting & Analysis: build robust reporting framework & cadences as well as a mindset of exploratory analysis to support this culture. Objective: easily challenge business units in order to understand and fill gaps vs. objectives and find levers of optimization.
- Business Partnering: help the current team step up and act as an internal consulting team.
- Business Processes: constantly refine and optimize cross-functional business processes while ensuring a high level of data integrity in order to bring Business Intelligence to the next level.
- Compensation Schemes: maintain and improve when necessary our current incentive framework for all business-related teams to make sure it remains consistent company-wide and helps to retain talents.
- Team Structuration: as we have an ambitious recruitment plan for the next 2-3 years, you will be in charge of accompanying the “Heads” of in building & executing their vision.
In short, you will be the sparring partner of our COO to have Partoo ready to become a Centaur.
Your role being transverse, you will be attached to the Finance & Ops team.
Your team :
You will work closely with 8+ people including:
Thomas: arrived at the end of Q1 2021, he is managing the entire Ops cycle for our SMBs prospects & clients. If at some point you hear strange noises in the office, it’s probably because he is trying to vocally share his electro music.
Fanny: arrived mid-2021, she is currently building up the Enterprise Ops team Fanny likes to implement and optimise processes. She lived in London for 5 years and loves to travel. She will be happy to welcome you in our team.
Your Manager :
Clément: arrived in July 2018, Clément is now our COO. Initially joining us as a CFO, he quickly got involved into Ops by implementing Salesforce & other core tools. He is now in charge of Growth, Ops & Knowledge/Enablement. A triathlon addict, he does more sports a week than you'll do in a month.
Required profile :
- You have at least 7-8 years of experience with at least one experience in the operational management of a scale-up (VP, C-Level, etc.)
- You have a proven experience of team management and feel very concerned by the personal development of your team members.
- You have a strong business orientation and consider Operations should be acting as a driver of performance.
- You are able to take a step back and look at the big picture but also to dig into very operational subjects to unlock complex situations.
- You are able to manage complex problems involving several teams by breaking them down and educating stakeholders.
- You know when to think about scalability vs. when to act quick and scale later.
- You have impressive analytical & modeling skills, necessary to properly manage the missions described above
- Ideally, you have work in an international SaaS/Tech company.
- You are fluent in French & English
