Fraîchement diplômée de l’Essec et après une expérience enrichissante au Bon Marché, Juliette décide de fonder son entreprise pour proposer aux femmes une nouvelle génération d’enseigne beauté ultra-experte, ayant pour mission de rendre accessible à toutes la recette d’une belle peau. Son moteur? Opter pour une démarche sincère, apporter de la transparence, remettre la cliente au centre de tout.

Après 7 ans en agence de publicité et une expérience en start-up en marketing, Fanny avait envie de se rapprocher du secteur de la beauté et d'évoluer auprès de femmes inspirantes. Aujourd'hui depuis 2 ans, son rôle est de piloter la communication à 360° sur tous les touch points et l’image de la marque Oh My Cream avec son équipe de 3 personnes composée d’une team créative de 2 personnes, d’une responsable des contenus et des réseaux sociaux et de 3 stagiaires.

Pauline a fait des études de lettres & de comm (Sorbonne) et effectué plusieurs stages principalement dans la presse, puis elle a décroché son 1er emploi justement chez OMC and... she never left ahah ! Depuis elle est la petite plume de l'eshop tout en gérant la partie merch du site.

Founded in 2013 with passion by Juliette Lévy-Cohen, Oh My Cream is today a real ecosystem for taking care of yourself, which advocates an expert and holistic approach to beauty. Through its in-depth concept stores and its own brand of everyday clean essentials, Oh My Cream is committed to taking care of its customers and their skin every day, around the corner like on Instagram. Listening with kindness, finding the simple words to explain it, imagining the most effective "beautiful skin" routine ... Oh My Cream offers an exhaustive offer for ALL, and a solution for each, with transparency and sincerity.

At Oh My Cream, we are looking for profiles passionate about beauty, enthusiastic and daring, convinced that the market is changing rapidly and eager to shake the codes up. Humility, smile, adaptability and the desire to" doing "and doing it well are all essential qualities for joining our growing startup.

Good to know

At Oh My Cream, we advocate Clean Beauty. Unfortunately, there is no official definition of this concept. However, in France, we are fortunate to be well protected by European legislation (the strictest in the world) which supervise the ingredients, whether authorized or not.

Because advocating excellence in advice means making the recipe for beautiful and healthy skin accessible to everyone, we are committed to guiding our clients in complete independence and giving them the keys in complete transparency. This is why, thanks to our in-house expert Marion Massias, retail director and also our "beauty encyclopedia" and with the help of independent experts, we have therefore established our selection charter responding to our own vision of “Clean Beauty”.
