Your role:

As Business Development Manager in our team in Brussels, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our staff augmentation services within the Public Sector and Health industries in Belgium. Using your existing customer and candidate network, you identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to increase our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector and will be committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. 

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the Public Sector and Health industries through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored staff augmentation solutions.

Expand the business        

  • Drive the growth of our staff augmentation services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and expand our client base.

Match & follow up:

  • You identify the opportunity and match the correct candidate, with the help of the recruitment team or through your own network.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.

Your profile:

·  You are experienced in business development, sales, or a similar role within the Public Sector and/or Health industries

·  You have a strong established customer network within Public Sector & Health industry

·  You have knowledge of staff augmentation and workforce solutions

·  You have an established freelance network

·  You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·  You have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

·  You are fluent in English, as well as Dutch and/or French
