Your goal within the business team: to sell our offerings to new clients (4 per year) and generate a revenue growth of €1.5 million.
Your daily missions revolve around three main areas:
Business Development
Implementing the prospecting strategy: prospect lists, actions, etc.Prospecting activities (cold calling, mailing, etc.)
Preparation and execution of client meeting
Overseeing and producing responses to bids and tenders
Managing commercial negotiations
Defining and managing commercial action plans
Drafting account plans
Managing the Purchasing relationship: steering committees, negotiations, references
Account Management
Monitoring project delivery
Client portfolio retention and development
Ensuring client satisfaction
Strategy
Supporting clients in successfully addressing transformation challenges by challenging their needs and strategy
Assisting C-Level executives in understanding Data & AI challenges
Identifying new business opportunities based on field feedback
Contributing to the development and reputation of LBC
Participating in team recruitment
The Business Manager will directly report to the Managing Director of LBC BE.

We are looking for a very ambitious and motivated profile to take responsibilities in the mid-term (1 year):
You have a Master diploma in Business or Engineering
You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting and have sold complex offers
You have always more than achieved your objectives each year
You completely master the sales lifecycle in both Times & Materials & fixed price and the recruitment cycle
You have an entrepreneur mindset
You’re a natural-born salesperson; you enjoy sales and prospecting
You have a perfect mastery of business challenges: Account openings, New business, Account Management, References, new offerings, procurement relationships, crisis management, etc.
You possess excellent communication skills, especially with high-level stakeholders.
You are comfortable with IT and Data-related issues and complex environments
You speak English and French or Dutch
