CONTENT OF THE JOB

  • Contribute to Define the project scope, success criteria, and milestone deliverables
  • Ensure available standards and best practices
  • Execute the basic and detailed design of the project
  • Support the design team to accomplish the basic and detailed design, whilst mobilising all the required resources and liaising with stakeholders
  • Lead the team and coordinate to ensure the project implemented in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the required corporate and category standards
  • Complete an smooth handover to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation

What will make you successful

  • 2 to 3 years in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisor
  • 2 to 3 year as factory pillar leader, AM or PM pillar leader
  • Manufacturing Projects (e.g. Product specialist, Process engineer, Application group…)
  • Participation in a Early Management , Operations & Start-up Workshops
  • Effective communication at different levels of the organization (Business, Management, R&D, etc.)
  • People development and management tools (including PDP, coaching, competences training, career and succession planning, recruitment and development)
