Focus ⚙️

In 2023, the teams are working on a new multi-channel and multi-provider notification management platform, with challenges related to energy savings, we want to limit our digital footprint. developer experience and ease of use (of the front-end, the API and the related documentation) performance, the volumes and the number of users expected are significant.

Organization and methodologies

We work in an agile method with a rather flexible approach. We work on sprints of 1 to 2 weeks depending on the team.

We apply best practices such as peer programming, peer review, team feedback, but also project feedback (if necessary)

Rituals (collective or individual) are set up to discuss and ensure horizontal interaction and coordination.

Teams work transversally. Each member is autonomous. Trust is essential to us. Some subjects require working alone or in teams.

The tech teams are involved in many subjects within the other Mindbaz departments (email deliverability, content popularization...)

[Software team] EMAIL product migration to REACTJS / API in .NET CORE6

Topic initiated in 2022. The team started by creating a design system to keep a storybook of components and use them on all pages to be developed.

The migration was spread over a year for all pages. The Front and the Back end parts were involved.

Recruitment process

Within 7 days of receiving the CV and the answer for the rest of the process.

  • 1st interview with the team manager (software / devops or data) - 1 hour

  • 2nd technical interview with a technical test with 1 to 2 members of the team involved

  • 3rd interview with the CTO - 1h
