Mathilde, 24 ans, a rejoint l’équipe de Malou après des études de commerce à Lyon, capitale de la gastronomie ! C’est donc presque naturellement qu’elle a fait son stage de fin d’études en tant qu’Account Manager, avant de devenir la première Product Manager de la start-up. Son objectif est d’orienter le développement de la MalouApp pour qu’elle soit parfaitement adaptée aux restaurants. Elle est quotidiennement en contact avec des restaurateurs et gérants d’établissements, pour comprendre leurs pratiques en marketing digital et les difficultés qu’ils peuvent rencontrer pour le gérer. À côté de ça, elle aime beaucoup cuisiner, se nourrit quasiment exclusivement de houmous libanais et adore le ski alpin.

Customers’ acquisition now happens online for restaurants. They need to be visible and attractive across many platforms but it requires time & expertise they don’t have. We help restaurants reach their goals since 2018! We have bootstrapped the business for 4 years, building a profitable and expert company. Then we’ve raised money to accelerate, build a strong SaaS and expand the business abroad. Cash efficiently remains part of our DNA.
We serve more than 2000 restaurants across 12 countries and have tripled our revenue last year. We plan to repeat this +300% growth in 2023.
