At Kactus, the Revenue Operations team is the essential partner for the business teams when it comes to operational excellence and performance optimization. Kactus’ international expansion and the rise of new AI technologies open the door to new challenges on a wide range of cross-functional topics around Tools, Processes, Data, and Strategy.
As a Salesforce Admin & Rev Ops, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, and your work will be crucial in enabling Kactus to scale efficiently and meet these new challenges.
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
As our primary Salesforce Admin, you will:
Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment (user management, security, validation rules, workflows, automation, reporting & dashboards)
Coordinate and ensure reliable synchronization between Salesforce and our other tools (Product, Aircall, Front, Hubspot…)
Ensure data quality in our CRM (data cleaning, deduplication, etc.)
Tool Stack & Automation
In collaboration with our Rev Ops Lead, you will:
Manage and improve the rest of our tool stack (HubSpot, Metabase, Aircall, Front, n8n, Salesloft)
Build or oversee scripts and workflows to connect tools together (Make, n8n)
Identify relevant AI use cases within operations, prototype integrations with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), and test them at business scale
Project management
As part of our growing Rev Ops team, you will be involved in projects beyond tools and automation that directly improves our operational teams’ efficiency

You have a Master’s degree (bac +5) and significant experience as a Salesforce Admin in a tech startup/scale-up
You have already managed and significantly improved business processes and have demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to handle operational topics and move them forward when needed
You have experience using no-code automation tools (n8n, Make, etc.). Experience building workflows involving LLMs is a strong plus.
You are a problem-solver and results-driven: capable of identifying friction points, proposing, and implementing creative and scalable solutions with limited resources
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
