After a Photography experience, Gabriel found IWD Retail Thinking in 2000. With Nicolas; his partner, they have a leitmotiv to support the development of brands in Retail through innovative merchandising services and software (2D, 3D, VR - Field Merchandising Application). Besides his strategic missions as a CEO, he also is the ‘head of the design’ of all the products and he spreads the image of IWD throughout the world.

Gabriel loves to cook to relax, especially making a lot of hummus for the entire team.

Drawing on her experience with major brands and her skills in Artistic Direction, Caroline joins IWD eager to create a strong and distinctive image, and to assist her colleagues in enhancing the IWD platform for Retail teams around the world. Swimming with orcas, meeting the gorillas of the plains… Her favorite lunch break topic? Travel!

Rania joined the Project team at IWD in November 2021, strengthening her professional journey after a year of alternating work and study in her MBA in Marketing and Luxury Management at ESG. She becomes a Junior Customer Success Manager, responsible for client relations and project development. Her client portfolio is remarkably diverse, encompassing sectors such as fashion, cosmetics, as well as wine and spirits, not to mention pharmaceuticals.

If you have a meeting with Rania while she's working remotely, you're likely to meet Vivi her cat, who actively participates in daily conversations.

After two years in consulting and a world tour, Christophe joined IWD in June 2021. He started as a BDR and gradually evolved into the role of Senior Account Executive, responsible for developing the client portfolio in the fashion sector across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

His secret to preparing for client meetings: enjoying a cup of maté while relaxing to the greatest hits of Daft Punk.

Flore joined IWD in March 2020 as the Human Resources Manager for the group. After spending five years in the HR consulting world, Flore wanted to return to more hands-on, practical tasks, working closely with employees and the business side of things! What could be more challenging for an HR professional than taking on a role during a pandemic! Since her arrival, each year has been marked by a unique dynamic, with innovation as the cornerstone. "Working in HR at IWD means pushing the boundaries of the conventional, an unparalleled experience."

She is known as Flore Alphand, defying the laws of gravity on skis.

After graduating from ESCEM, Raphelle joined IWD in 2009 and never left. Her excellent interpersonal skills enabled her to go from Project Manager to COO in just a few years. She ensures the successful implementation of our strategy.
