Alejandro has been a part of Ipsos for 4 years and as an Account Director he leads the Pricing and Project Team at the Mystery Shopping Global Support Centre. His team specializes in international projects. His team identifies project costs, they do the data collection, manage fieldwork and make videos and webinars for the Mystery Shopping community. Alejandro has completed more than 20 business trips with the same colleagues, but each of them was absolutely different. What is interesting is that Alejandro considers his team as his family. Veronika has been at Ipsos for 7 years and she currently works there as an Account Director in the Qualitative Department. She organizes work for her team, supervises projects, meets with clients and presents results. She really appreciates the psychological overlap, meeting new people, travelling all over Europe and each day is different for Veronika. She is someone who is curious, empathetic and kind of a detective, who likes to wonder why, how things happen and what people are thinking. After work she likes to meet up with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors, painting and sports.
