To help our clients in their team communication efforts, we have developed “Oneteam”: the next generation, cloud-based internal collaboration and monitoring application. Oneteam enables every customer care agent and team lead to train, work and communicate within the same system. In order to build reliable, highly scalable and secure solutions and meet customers’ needs, the Oneteam squad is looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a solid background in Node.js and AWS.

💼 Missions

• Write reusable, effective, and scalable code preferably in JavaScript but not limited to it.

• Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product.

• Create out of the box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges.

🤝 How we work

Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

🎯 Required

• Minimum 5 years professional experience with AWS services.

• Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Familiar with: Node.js, AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (Docker + Fargate) and CloudFormation.

• Knowledge in Vue.js.
