As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a strategic pillar of our People team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our Commercial teams on the French market. Your mission is to act as a true Business Partner for our Hiring Managers, ensuring a flawless candidate experience and maintaining a high level of operational excellence. You will be responsible for the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our recruitment pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.
Key responsibilities ✨
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales roles, from the initial intake meeting (kick-off) with Hiring Managers to final offer negotiations.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define specific role requirements, scorecards, and evaluation criteria, acting as a consultant on the talent market.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, niche platforms) to identify and engage top-tier Sales profiles.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to rigorously assess candidates' technical skills, business acumen, and cultural fit.
Maintain 100% accurate and real-time records within our ATS (Lever), ensuring that data integrity is maintained for reliable reporting.
Ensure a flawless operational execution by managing high-volume candidate flows, scheduling, and the seamless coordination of all assessment steps.
Ensure an exemplary candidate experience by delivering timely, professional, and personalized feedback at every stage of the process.
Craft compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates and build long-term, high-potential talent pipelines.
Map the talent market to identify key target companies and provide data-driven insights to the recruitment team.
Provide regular reporting on sourcing activities, pipeline health, and conversion rates to keep stakeholders aligned.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
