Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for optimizing people systems and processes? We're seeking someone to play a critical role in shaping our company's human capital strategy. This position will combine two areas of expertise with the common factor being data driven: people data analytics, and compensation & benefits. This person will work closely with business, HRBP, Legal and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Compensation & Benefits Management:
  • Review and design compensation plans per department and bonus payplans
  • Handle compensation review cycle
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits
  • Codesign with General Counsel the right LTI plan and manage the internal process
  • Administrate & update our C&B software (Figures)
  • Participate with the Development team to an efficient performance management process
  • People Data Analytics:
  • Design and implement strategies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key workforce metrics and trends including gender pay gap
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in people analytics and recommend innovative solutions
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Diploma in Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Data analytics/Compensation & Benefits, or a combination of both
  • Experience in developing Sales bonus plans
  • Experience in a fast-growing and in an international environment 
  • Strong data analysis skills. Excel/GSheet is your best friend 
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
