The opportunity
Your mission is to help the Account Management team build an engaged and always growing community of trusted professional fleet partners across Europe.
You will work on the acquisition and the development of small to large fleet owners among a minimum of two Getaround’s operating markets (France and Spain, possibly Belgium).
What you’ll do
Reporting to Estelle (Key Account Manager), you will have the following missions (not exhaustive):
Sales
Build a strong acquisition pipeline:
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads
Engage with our existing community of owners willing to grow as professionals
Convert your leads into new fleet partners:
Challenge their economics to ensure they have a good understanding of what they can achieve
Onboard newly acquired accounts to make them successful and profitable starting day 1
Account Management
Drive revenue growth through:
Regular reviews of your portfolio of assigned accounts
Regular follow-ups on improvement areas including monthly performance reviews, pricing, quality, location and car models.
Create engagement and cultivate key relationships (phone, email, webinars, etc.).
Be the voice of the community internally:
Understand their needs/growth barriers
Escalate identified issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Some examples of tasks you will be responsible for:
Content creation (blog articles, update the help center, attend to on/offline events, etc.)
Suggest Product improvements to make our platform the perfect tool for owners
Suggest actions to improve the quality of service delivered by owners
Collaborate with other departments to roll-out initiatives
What you’ll bring
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or account management position within a startup or fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a candidate fluent in French and Spanish, who will primarily manage the French market but will also support the Spanish market as needed.
You are organised, autonomous, not afraid to get on the phone with customers and be hands-on.
You understand the importance of building trusted relationships in order to drive growth among your portfolio.
You have good analytical and presentation skills.
Good Team player to work across the teams and voice fleet partners concerns internally.
