Forest brings together engineers, product managers, sales, and customer success people with one shared obsession: making operations work in the most regulated industries in the world.

The team is distributed across France and NY, remote-first, with a few in-person sprints and events a year. We work in small, autonomous squads with short feedback loops and real ownership. No layers, no hand-holding.

What we have in common regardless of role: we go deep on the domain, we use AI tools as a genuine part of how we work, and we care about the quality of what we ship. Fintech and compliance are complex. We don't pretend otherwise and we hire people who find that interesting, not intimidating.

No SDR handoffs, no siloed account management. From first call to expansion, the people on this team own the relationship end to end. You'll work directly with COOs, CTOs, and heads of compliance at some of the best fintechs in Europe and build a level of domain expertise that's hard to find anywhere else.

The team is small enough that your contribution is felt immediately, and connected enough to product and engineering that what you learn in the field shapes what we build.

Product and design at Forest covers a platform used by 500+ companies across Europe, Latam, and the US. It's a wide surface area for a small team, which means high ownership, fast decisions, and no room for work that doesn't matter. Every feature we ship has a named customer behind it.

As Product & Design is merged with CS as one customer-facing org: the discovery is continuous, the feedback loop with engineering is tight, and the problems we're solving are genuinely new territory. There's no playbook to follow here.
