📋 Job brief
We are looking for an HR / People Operation - Tech M/F (intern) whose role is to anticipate, support, and prepare teams for the development of ForePaaS, by embodying the culture. ForePaaS is a start-up, recently acquired by OVH group, which will grow its team while developing its HR department. You will work in a positive start-up atmosphere, with the CEO, the COO, and the Finance/Ops Manager, on the HR operations and the future recruitments with the product and tech teams. This role requires you to communicate extensively with remote teams in both French and English.

💪 Responsibilities
Support potential organizational changes (following the acquisition by OVH)
Improve and deploy HR policies and processes
Operational HR management (payroll, HR tools, CSE, etc)
Participate in the recruitment plan with the managers: define and arbitrate recruitment needs, assist in recruitment, review contracts and support the onboarding of recruits

🤝 Job Specs
Location: Neuilly 📍 with remote working (2 days max. on-site) or full remote
Start date: Beginning of January 📅
Compensation: Compensation to be determined according to the candidate’s profile 💰
Perks: Swile card (tickets resto), 50% of the Navigo pass reimbursed


Requisitos

You are in your 4th or 5th year of study in HR/business school education
You speak English fluently: ForePaaS team is international
You have a basic knowledge of french HR law
You are open-minded and comfortable working in a different cultural environment
You are very rigorous and organized, and you can start multiple initiatives at the same time and energetically pursue them
You are a self-starter and don’t hesitate to try new things


Proceso de selección

  • Interview with the Finance & Ops Manager to validate motivation
  • Interview with the COO
  • Interview with the CTO/CEO for final approval
