As a growth marketer, you will have the opportunity to work with the whole Marketing team and also interact with the core functions of a fast-growing startup (Product, Ops, Tech, Design etc.). Your tasks and duties will be diverse and allow you to explore a wide variety of topics and challenges. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work alongside our Head of Growth Ops & define our main initiatives to accelerate Fixter’s growth across France and the UK

  • Design, set up and manage marketing communications campaigns across different channels to engage our various audiences (customers, drivers, garages)

    • Defining and implementing personalised content and seasonal/ad-hoc communications which are planned with a CRM calendar

    • Experiment with lead funnels + lead nurturing campaigns for non-converting visitors

    • Optimise the referral program

    • Define the ideal reporting dashboard to maximise the impact of your actions

  • Contribute to our organic growth strategy (SEO)

  • Document and report on your different activities, recommending optimisation and improvements


We understand that everyone has different experiences and skill sets and just because you might not fulfil all of our requirements it doesn’t mean we won’t talk to you. Ideally, you have:

  • a first experience or at least a strong, demonstrable interest in CRM and/or SEO.

  • a highly analytical profile, a strong interest in understanding business drivers, and are excited to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.

  • excellent communication skills, and can project manage in a matrix environment and solve complex situations with conflicting priorities.

  • a working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sheet/Excel, LookerStudio, etc.)

  • the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver 

  • a sense of accountability and ownership regarding results
