Overview

Dylan Field and Evan Wallace co-founded Figma in 2012 with the vision of building tools for designers in the browser. Their goal was to create the first design tool that combined the accessibility of the Web with the functionality of a native app. Today Figma is a platform with tools and spaces to support the entire product development process—idea to design to build—and has simplified collaboration for companies like Microsoft, Uber, and The New York Times to name a few.

Sales Team

At Figma we think creatively, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday and we expect you to do the same. Our growing sales team collaborates with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. Sales partners with those organisations to help them build better products from start to finish and scale their creative processes, while also working with Figma’s internal teams- a dynamic group of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward-thinking business folks to improve our own products.

It's great being at Figma because I get to work with so many creative people every day both internally and externally

Engineering Team

Engineers at Figma work closely with their team’s product, design, research, and data partners to co-create and execute on the roadmap for their team. Engineers can help influence product and design direction through instrumenting experiments, owning product improvements, and leading larger feature initiatives. At Figma, we really value what it means to be a maker - we have a Maker Week several times a year, where experimental projects can become fully-launched features!

The Engineering team in London is focused on improving communication and collaboration between designers and developers using Figma
