Job description

We are looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to join our team of Account Managers in Berlin. At Figma we think outside the box, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday and we encourage you to do the same. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast growing sales organisation. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.

You will play a meaningful role in working across sales, product, marketing and growth to drive customer engagement and expansion in the DACH region. Our next team member will have an agile, dynamic approach, be comfortable embracing change, a true team-player, and love working with our growing footprint of Fortune 1000 customers.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end programs designed to drive product adoption and the expanded use of Figma Organization
  • Held to quota and responsible for upsell and renewals across book of business
  • Analyze internal data to understand customer usage, including risks and opportunities.Derive insights, develop strategy, then complete improving customer engagement and product adoption
  • Connect with customers via scalable channels to solve problems, increase adoption to drive expansion and renewal
  • Partner closely with product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development
  • Create and adapt program assets and delivery channels to increase impact
  • Measure and analyze program results. Partner with marketing, product and analytics teams to A/B test and optimize program outcomes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3 years ofSaaS experience of direct client management, ideally in a fast scaling technology driven business.
  • Track record of building lasting relationships and simultaneously growing multiple accounts for a wide range of customers.
  • A real ambitious mindset and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Consultative approach; ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements.
  • Experience partnering with technical stakeholders and customers.
  • Germany fluency required
