Lisa, Directrice du fundraising, représente la délicatesse et la gentillesse. Arrivée tout droit des Etats-Unis, tout son parcours la porte à défendre les droits humains sous le prisme de la lutte contre les inégalités. Son expérience l'a amenée à constater que le vrai changement se produit avec des communautés mobilisées, un plaidoyer à plusieurs niveaux pour modifier les politiques et finalement gagner des actions en justice pour cimenter les droits.
"Je voulais travailler pour une organisation de défense des droits humains qui avait un impact conséquent dans le monde. Une organisation qui travaille à tous les niveaux, en apportant des changements systémiques pour les plus vulnérables. "
Felipe, Responsable adjoint au contrôle de gestion de la FIDH représente la rigueur et la solidarité. C'est son attachement aux valeurs humaines qui l'a dirigé naturellement vers la défense des droits humains. Au quotidien, ce qui lui plaît c'est de savoir que son travail apporte de l'eau au moulin qui permet de près ou de loin de rendre le monde meilleur.
"On n'est pas juste un numéro, comme dans les très grosses structures, remplaçable, cantonné à quelques tâches hyper spécialisées. Quant à moi, je voulais avant tout apporter mon expertise et mon savoir-faire dans un domaine qui me tient à cœur."
Maria-Isabel, Chargée de programme, représente l'engagement incarné. L'ensemble de son parcours scolaire et professionnel est tourné autour de ses valeurs et de son implication en faveur des droits humains, depuis toujours.
"Ce qui me motive au quotidien c'est le travail avec les défenseurs et les populations locales du monde entier."
Presentation
The FIDH (International Federation for Human Rights) is an international human rights NGO. Since 1922, it has been committed to the defence of all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights as defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The FIDH federates 192 national human rights associations active in 117 countries. The transformation of societies is primarily the responsibility of local actors. FIDH's activities aim to strengthen their capacity for action and their influence.

- You will be welcomed with an Induction Week to provide you with a common base of information and to facilitate your integration.
- Teleworking policy with a minimum of 4 days face-to-face per month.
- Advantageous employment conditions : 24 days of RTT in addition to 25 days of paid leave, complementary health insurance.
- The Paris office is located in a lively and central area of Paris (near Bastille and Gare de Lyon).
- International Secretariat meetings bring together all FIDH staff and allow you to be informed about the news of each department and projects.
