Your role :

As an Account Based Marketing you will lead Fairmat's account based marketing (ABM) paid ads development and execution globally. You will develop digital marketing strategies focused on key accounts to generate leads and drive awareness, supporting the sales pipeline by various communications and content. 

The team :

Attached to the Head of Brand, you will work closely with a Marketing Manager (currently being recruited) and our Sales team.

Your missions :

1/ Targeting key accounts and defining tailored messages for each account

  • Execute at least two effective targeted campaigns per month with clear call to actions 
  • Work with marketing and sales to identify targeted accounts across defined verticals (sports, electronics, mobility for example) and scrap email list per account
  • Research each account's pain points, portfolio and needs and create personalized messages and content
  • 2/ Measuring campaigns results every month

  • Increase email open rate and click rate, increase number of meetings booked per campaign, increase account engagement
  • Define and analyze KPIs (CTR), enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales objectives
  • Educate brand marketing team on latest trends and insights on performance to enhance knowledge across teams and provide new ideas to drive growth
  • Your profile :

    - 5+ years experience in B2B paid marketing with at least 1 year of experience focused on ABM paid ads

    - Experience with Hubspot, ABM technologies

    - Experience running marketing programs in Europe and US

    - Autonomous and ability to manage complex projects

    - Data-driven, set up dashboards, track performance

    Location : Paris 9, permanent contract

    Statut Cadre, 2 days of remote work allowed
